Orders for our gifts packages will be accepted subject to the following terms and conditions. You acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions when placing your order.


Allergy Concerns 

If you have allergy concerns, it is important to carefully read the information on each package. Ingredient and allergen information listed on a package is only for the food contained in that package. It is not intended for other packages even of what appears to be the same product. Ingredients may vary from one package to another due to product reformulation or where the product is produced 

Delivery

You will be held responsible for supplying correct delivery details, i.e full name of the recipient, complete address including postcode, and telephone number of the recipient. If the details given are incorrect or incomplete, we will not accept responsibility for failed delivery. No refunds for goods or delivery will be given. We will always attempt to deliver your order on the specified date. If the recipient is not at home, our courier will leave a card to let them know that their gift has been left in a safe place (i.e. with a neighbour), or to request that they call to arrange an alternative delivery time and date. There will be a re-delivery charge of £10.00 after two failed attempts to deliver your order.
 
Substitution Policy
We will always endeavour to supply our hampers exactly as seen on this site. However, occasionally we may have to substitute wine or certain items contained in our hampers due to lack of availability. The items substituted will be of the same quality and value.
 
Licensing Act
With reference to the licensing act of 1964 and 1976 it is an offence for people under the age of 18 to purchase alcohol.
 

Returns

Items Damaged in Transit if one of our gift sets have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us, or send us photographic proof of the damage where a return is not possible, within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Defective Items

You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable time frame.

 

Complaints
In order to resolve any complaints to our mutual satisfaction, it is important that any complaint be communicated to us either by phone by email at info@lavishlygifted .co.uk within 24 hours of delivery.
 
Allergens
Some of hampers and gift boxes include products which contain allergens such as nuts, egg, milk and gluten. Most of the information is provided on the nutrition information label on each item however please feel free to contact us directly by email [email protected] if you require further information.
