Can I specify a particular delivery date?
Each LG Gift Package will specify how long the delivery process will take. Find this within the product description.
If you require a specific delivery date or are ordering in advance for a special day. We can ship your parcel for this exact date. Please email us or add your delivery instruction in the "notes" section. This can be up to a year in advance!
Are our roses real and how long do they last?
Yes. We sell real preserved roses and also artificial roses. Our preserved roses are extremely colourfast because they have been coloured. These products can be kept for up to 1 year and if well maintained even longer! This is provided they are kept in a dry and out of direct sunlight.
Are all your products authentic?
Yes. We do not stock counterfeit products. All of our items are directly sourced and are 100% authentic.
Will my delivery arrive on the date selected?
Lavishly Gifted always endeavours to deliver on the date requested and on the vast majority of occasions achieve this successfully. As a matter of routine, we provide a tracking link via email by email for each gift despatched, this will enable you to keep an eye on the progress from the point of despatch.
Although rare, unfortunately, factors beyond our control can cause delay, such as severe weather. When this occurs you can be certain that Lavishly Gifted ' Customer Service Team will take the appropriate steps to minimise delay and disruption.
What happens if the recipient is out?
Should the recipient be out when the courier attempts delivery, a card is posted through the letterbox advising the recipient that they have attempted delivery and inviting them to telephone our courier to arrange either:
A collection from the nearest depot, which is available the working day after the card was left.
Re-delivery to the original address during normal working hours.
Can the parcel be left with a Neighbour?
Yes, if you think that the recipient may be out on that day, please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] to give us instructions to leave with a nominated neighbour.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
All of our items should be in stock but the rare event that this happens we will substitute it for an equal or greater value item.
How can I cancel an order placed with Lavishly Gifted?
Orders can be cancelled up within 24 hours before the point of despatch. Cancellations beyond this point may incur cancellation and restocking charge if the goods have been packed and/or despatched.

Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, Lavishly Gifted offer a fully-fledged gift service. At the checkout just enter the person’s address you wish to send it to as the delivery address. We never include any pricing or invoice details within the gift itself.
Is it possible to include a personal message?
Yes just type email us your request. Please subject this as “Personal Message" to ensure the right department respond
Do you offer returns?
If you are unhappy with your items you can return within 7 days of receiving the order. Any items that are returned damaged, with missing parts or opened packaging will be void.

Can I order by phone?
We are happy to answer your questions over the phone. We regret that it is not possible to process payments over the phone due for security reasons. All orders/payments are exclusively processed via our webshop.
